Let's talk Northwoods

I was not sure where else to post this..

I just saw on Facebook that Derrick Bohn of Knives Ship Free unexpectedly passed away today.

Truly heartbreaking news; I never met Derrick but it was his videos on YouTube that got me into traditional knives. His passion and description of Northwoods knives were tangible when watching the videos.

Rest In Peace Mr. Bohn

Terrible news. Derrick seemed like a really good guy. I'm sorry that I never got the chance to meet him.
 
Shocking news. Didnt know him, but seemed like a very nice guy. Enjoyed his enthusiasm for knives. Very sad.
 
Wow, that is really sad news. Prayers for the Bohn family.
They were just in the process of the final relocation to Tennessee too. So sad.
 
This is so sad to hear. I meet Derrick at the Rendezvous in 2016 he was a super nice guy. They are moving to my area in Tennessee and I was looking forward to seeing him here! Condolences to his family and his employees.
 
I can only imagine what this must be like for his family. He seemed like a great guy, and he was an asset to the industry and community.
 
WOW so sad. He was a great guy in the knife community! Thoughts going out to his family today!

This is terribly sad. I never knew him personally but he contributed this little corner of the universe in a very positive way. I hope his family will be okay.
 
Very sorry to hear the sad news, he was far too young to pass, shocking. Condolences to his family and friends.
