I would certainly think the Muskrat to be candidate for rarity again an earlier production product. I think of the "FOGO" dinner knives from a few years back.
 
BOSC ID I would consider rare only because they NEVER (rarely ever) make an appearance in the Exchange so they don't change hands often and carry a hefty price tag. The owners certainly know what they have and were lucky enough to catch them when available.

IIRC, it was said to be a security thing.

Edited to add: I recalled correctly. It was in response to something I posted a couple years ago.
