Leupold Customer Service is top notch! J had an issue with a brand new Mark 4 scope I ordered a while back. The elevation knobs wouldn't allow me to zero my M4 for 350 yards because the adjustment range wasn't high enough (no biggie it had their SPR reticle). For a scope with a supposed 120 MOA adjustment range that seemed a little odd. For the longest time I was just dealing with it. E-mailed Leupold they basically told me they'd look at it, but it was probably just me. They also gave me about a 3 page e-mail on scope internals :D. Well long story short I got the scope back 10 days later paid insured overnight shipping and in great shape. The service order said they'd put the adjustment knobs on wrong and they were defective. Top notch service and a quick turnaround. There are lots of good scopes out there, but leupold is #1 in my book. I think it's great that a company that deals with so many large organizations still takes the time to offer personal customer service to the individual. :thumbup:
