My quest for a Tachyon is nearly over,
I have a lightly used Microtech Socom Elite-A, S/N# 2298 for sale. I recieved this in trade last week, but have been on the warpath for a Tachyon, so this guy is up for sale.
There are some spots on the coating that I cant manage to get off, but other than that this one is in very good condition. There is one scuff on the handle near the pivot, one from the clip (see pics) and that looks to be it!
The blade steel is 154 CM and its still in great shape, other than the spots, the coating is clean and scratch-free. It looks like it has never been sharpened.
The cardboard sleeve that goes around the box is a little worn on the corners, but all the lining of the box, and the paperwork that accompanies the knife look like they have never been even unfolded. The lanyard has never been tied and the sheath also looks unused.
The action on the knife is very strong, I have several Benchmade autos, and this one easily blows them out of the water. It has ultra tight lockup, and would make one hell of a user!!!!!
I am looking for $TRADED, that includes PP fees, and quick shipping via UPS, with $500 insurance.
