Thanks guys. I'd seen Tandy, but had no idea if the seller was legit or not. Time to pick out a piece of leather and I'll make sheaths for the bk16 and esee 3.

Depends on what type/kind you are looking for. I do not recommend Tandy unless you are going to a local store and personally picking it out. If you just need some for a couple sheaths or what not Springfield has better leather, Hermann Oak vs Tandy special, and will sell it by the sqf which is a rare thing. Even B grade Hermann is better than the best Tandy leather. Wickett is ok, I've used them a fair bit too but I prefer Hermann.
Tandy is like the Sears of leather tools. A Tandy stamp is 6.00. A real tooling stamp is 60-100 and by real I mean a stamp that will leave a crisp, detailed and lasting impression.

Hope that helps

Made BBQ chicken fajita wraps for lunch today, good stuff and kinda healthy.

Brined the chicken for 8 hours:

So y'all remember when I posted about my youth group leader flipping out over my SAK? Well, she just asked me (at around 7 PM last night) to bring my BKs in to carve pumpkins. What prompted this was my comment about seriously not feeling safe using those flat pieces of "steel" they call knives to help the middle schoolers carve pumpkins.

Also found out who I won't trust from the high school youth group with anything remotely sharp...

I hate effing losing shit. Can't find the locking pin for my hitch, and we're leaving to go camping tomorrow afternoon. Sucks.

We were there this spring and i can assure you it's worth going.

Now back to changing the bandages on Zack's (our dog) leg.

Mora Craftline Robust is the best $15 you'll ever spend on a knife.

I went to garden of the gods a few years back. Man that place is amazing. Hope I can go there again sometime
Have only seen photos thus far. We're going to go to a campgrounds, about 9 miles from there. There's scenic trails at the campground, then go to Garden of the Gods, then go to Rend Lake, and camp the night there. Should be fun.

Still can't find that bastard. Looked everywhere. Guess I'll have to stop in at Wally World and get another.

Well I'm leaving for Ethans gathering in about 6 hrs. For all of you that can't go, here's a peak at something new I'm gonna be making. You guys get to see it first. The M-9 field cleaver. (Half of the M-18)
