I kinda want to get another 9. Or a 9 blank. I'm thinking full convex grind BK9. Imagine a full convex BK9 made out of something fun like damascus steel (or maybe CPM 3V), with desert ironwood scales...

I sighted in a single shot bolt action 22 with peep sights. I use those aguila colibri bullets and shoot in the back yard. They are .22 LR primer only. Only thing you hear is the slap of the firing pin. they will still kill a cat or squirrel.

Yeah, they prolly work great when the neighbor shoots at your dog too.

So, I went to supper at the restaurant. They decided they were too busy and needed more help. So the chef gave me free supper if I started cooking tonight. Had rib-eye with chopped rib-eye on top with onions.

Mmmm I love steak with ground or chopped steak on top mixed with mushrooms or onions or peppers or all three, throw a good sauce/gravy on it? Damn. It sounds superfluous but it tastes delicious.

crap - now I'm hungry again -- and I'm all outta skillets to chew on!

Question for tradewater.

In KY, do deer hunters just herd the deer into the Interstate, sort of like the neolithic buffalo hunters who ran their prey off cliffs?

No, that's in NC. In KY, they sit at these,

Good tactic. Still doesn't explain all the roadside carcasses I saw yesterday.

This time last year, I was in NC, and they actually had trucks with scoops on the front, that would pick up deer and throw them in the back of the truck, to make it faster.

Never seen so many dead deer on the side of the interstate like I did on 40E in to Raleigh.
