Here's a lil chopper i forged out of 1084fg. The tapered tand on this one makes it very light and fast in hand. \
This would make an excellent companion for any outdoorsman, looking to clear out areas for trail cams, or shooting lanes or even to clear brush for a camp site.
The dimensions are: overall 17 3/8'', with a cutting edge of 11 1/2'' long.
It has been clay quenched and hand rubbed to 1500grit. Then etched in vinegar and ferric soultion.
Scales are laminated bamboo, that were sanded to 600 grit, then dyed with my homeade walnut stain. There are 2 hollow pins securing the scales as well as epoxy.
