Curious, but would Matt play with the idea of adding a belt loop for vertical carry on the sheaths?

They are a soft slip case I do not believe they would support a strap

I carry all my folders in a horizontal belt case usually of nylon construction

I am hoping Paul Long and I can go over a similar design in leather at Blade this year

With the summer humidity hoppin arond the corner I like to belt/sheath carry(I'm a ridiculous sweater over here). I really like the slimness of the Fire sheath, but things get bulky when adding everything else in the pockets.

I'll definitely be in if Mr. Long does something with the Fires :)
 
Paul is picking up a Fireb@ Blade so he will,have something to work with

I too hate carrying knives in my pockets
 
Diskin and Long...can't get hurt! Anxious to see what Paul comes up with in horizontal for the Fire. He knocked it out of the park when he created a horizontal for my Hanson Scary Tac.
 
Nice! Glad to hear that Paul is going to work on a horizontal belt carry for these. Count me in for one!!

I'll keep an eye out for you.

The blade on this compound grind fire is really something to look at though! Can't wait to see it up close.
