Here are the listings of Jasper on Wiki, I don't see any type of wood product listed.
I always thought it was the mineral but why can't I find a listing for a wood?

905 gets me every time... if they released that in 5160 with a phenolic handle they’d sell all they could make.

I caved and bought my first Model 124 off the LE section last night. It was in my cart for a few hours and my first two choices were gone. I am looking forward to it. Looks like a nice knife.
