No 116 sheaths around anymore. They used the 102 so that a knife could ship with a sheath. No way to order just a couple for one older model.
Were lucky to get build outs even if the sheath isnt stamped correctly the knife is whats cool. i feel lucky even if there isnt a sheath at all.

You are right on target. We are lucky the folks at Buck are making these very limited knives and selling them on line (web specials / Limited editions). It would be easy for them to only sell these in their Company store or parking lot sales and be done with the online sale complaints. If you don't like what you were sent just return it. Another thought, you guys can always have a custom sheath maker build you a new sheath and have them stamp it 116!

Had a few minutes while I was waiting for the mail on my lunch break. Didn't have time to take pictures of the 107(came with a 101 sheath). I do like it. The 116 matches my Buck steak flipper pretty well!
