Does anyone have an update on the LionSpy? Sal? My SR-1 needs a companion.

I'm carrying one right now. We have some in, but not enough to begin shipping. I believe we're getting more next month.

Looking forward very much to this, especially after seeing it at your booth at Blade 2011.

Its a big knife, how does it carry?
 
MAN! I am going crazy waiting for the LionSpy to come out! I dream about it and I have happy thoughts of owning one all day. Sal, will you pretty please hurry with shipping those bad boys out to us!! My hands are begging to hold one and my pocket begs to have it filled with a LionSpy!

My dealer said he is hoping to have mine in the next month or so - looking forward ;)
 
All this anticipation is wearing on me..I was hoping it would be released way ahead of another company's elmax, kvt flipper collab knife..my bank account is gonna need more cushion
 
Hope it comes sharper than the reg Lionsteel SR-1! Picked up a Ti Bronze Sr1 and its like they forgot to finish sharpening it?! Beauty though.
 
No interest myself, but I'm a bit surprised that at least the CC#d ones haven't surfaced yet.
 
Yeah my SR1 came dull as well and I struggle to sharpen a pencil. Hope these come the normal spyderco sharpness.
 
I'm surprised about the dullness of the SR-1's. Mine is one of the sharpest knives I've ever received! It will pop hairs off with the slightest touch.
 
Yeah I was disappointed with the factory edge that came on my SR-1! When I drop like 4 bills on a knife I kind of expect it to come sharp! The knife is absolutely beautiful and it wouldnt stop me from getting another. But for instance when I get a Sebbie in the mail I know for a fact that its gonna be sharp as all hell right out of the box!! Knives at these price points should have better QC! Maybe they drink too much Cabernet on the line in Managio?!? Thank god for Richard J! Will be sending my SR-1 off to him to put a killer sharp edge on her! It ll prob come back splitting hairs down the middle!! Richard J is the man when it comes to sharpening!! I haven't seen a better edge than his! And Ive seen a lot!!! Cheers to RJ!! :D

Maybe it is a "cabernet problem"... anyway LionSteel knives are under guarantee always, so if you are not happy we are here to resolve any problems
