Lionsteel TM1 (SRX)

What's the blade length and it looks thicker than SR-1?

Is the CF handle one Solid piece milled? That would be awesome! Super light and smooth with the IKBS.

Yes also CF is a Solid handle, completaly milled!!.. It is very light.
The thickness of the blade is 4.5 mm like SR1.

Another pic....

Around 130 gr.

4.6 ounces for the CF. That's really light depending on the blade length which sounds like near SR-1's 3.7".

For reference, the ZT 0777-M390BLK with very light CF handles weighs 4.2 ounces for a 3.75" blade but it's only 0.157" thick.

Please!!!! I´m joining the images in Photoshop, please show it all, please!!!!! I can`t wait moreeee!!!:p it's really beautiful, innovative... I need one.

Complete data sheet now please!!!! :p

As much as I like CF I think the Micarta with that texturing looks even better and perhaps as grippy as CF but a little heavier.

The texture are the same for the two materials. It is not easy show it in the CF picture.

The texturing on the CF looks grippier and not as smooth as on the Dendra Tiger Jump or Daghetta CF.

Of course, it's one of those things you have to hold in your hand.

Congratulation on another LionSteel branded knife. They are my favorite out of all the ones that you guys produce.

My dream knife from you would be an SR1 with a flipper and IKBS bearings.... please? If you want to make it a less wide that would be good too!

love the blade shape. I'll wait for the flipper version in a framelock configuration, lol.

CF or micarta monoblock + IKBS + backlock = very intriguing knife! Never heard about this combination, I´m looking forward to hold TM-1 in my hand.

What´s the blade material, Sleipner?

And is the backlock of classic construction or does it incorporate any type of hidden stop-pin? Btw won´t the monoblock construction cause problems when disassembling the knife? How easily can be the knife taken apart and put together again? I can´t imagine now how I´m putting the backspring back when I have solid handle ;).

Yes the blade is made of Sleipner, the best steel for LionSteel.
As all the Solid knife it is not so easy disassembling it and put together again, but it is not impossible, you have only to follow all the steps.

Thanks for your answer, Gianni, really appreciate your feedback! I don´t feel the more complicated disassembly would discourage me from trying the TM-1, it just popped on my mind. I really like the overall construction of this knife. And what I like as well is that the blade seems grinded thin, the blade looks like great slicer even with its spine thickness.

Can I have just two questions, please?

1) Is the backlock of classic construction or does it have any stop-pin?
2) What´s the estimated price?

Wish you and LionSteel all the best in 2014!

Interesting knife for sure!

Any chance for getting the full specs of both versions, like closed and open length, weight etc?

Sorry Gianni, is it normal that the CF version has so many dots on the surface?
Are you going to use better CF in production?
