I got my order in on the 4th and Joe replied back that he got the order.
Question: Has anyone got their order yet? Just wondering as its been 2weeks and that should be enough time. :)

Yes, I was wondering the same thing, but I know things have been busy there and did not want to bother them. Plus, I am sure shipping is slow this time of year as well. And then I also heard that UPS currently has a bunch of packages backed up in Salt Lake City due to a storm. Hopefully, we'll receive them before Christmas. Patience is a virtue (or so the saying goes ;)).

Gordon,

The last time I ordered from one of the store sales it took about 1 month before I was billed and about another 7 days before I got the stuff. These guys are overworked more now than ever due to less staff.

Well this list sale business is a little bit of special case. Joe would need to have the ladies fill our orders out before the Saturday sale. At that point, there shouldn't be to much holdup on billing and shipping. I'm hopeful they get here before I leave for holidays.

Per Joe H, there were some unforeseen delays. Most all packages shipped in the past 2 days. The "goods" are on the way:D

TinSue, Is correct on that snow storm in Salt Lake . I've talked w/ some people who have relatives there and they say it dumped a foot or more over night . That could delay shipping the goodies . DM

A wee bit of snow. Taken in my driveway 3-2-2008. Notice that lump at the end of the driveway...its a Volvo Wagon.

The snow bank across the road is close to 6 ft tall.
Any guesses what that brown lump is in the middle of the drive? :)

Geez, Gord, you guys have even more snow than we do. BTW, what knife did you order?

Great looking pictures. The snow makes my heart beating higher. We have 1/2 inch now. Do you go for skiing?
For the topic: The amount for my order was written off some days ago. But the shipping to Germany needs some more days. So I don't wonder that I didn't get the knives up to now.

Jeff there is only about a foot out there right at the moment. That was an early March photo from 2008 but fairly typical snow levels for that time of year. But it does vary. One January, we had 10 days with over 50 degrees...everything was different that year.

Here are the knives I have on order:
Canoe pocket knife, S30V/154CM, Mamoth, Chuck signed (2)
120 General, Pro Line (1)
SBT Police Advocate, 420 serrated (3)
FOLDING HUNTER,BROWN EMBOSSED LEATHER HANDLE,MP BLADE,BOX (1)
111 Burlwood, chip flint blade (1)
Cadet jigged buffalo handle (1)
AKONUA GUITAR SERIES,INDIAN RW HDL W/GUITAR TREATMENTS,BOX (1)

So, I'm thinking about these guys stuck on the porch waiting for my Neighbor to come and put them in the house. Holidays coming up and we are traveling this year.

The wife and I are discussing doing some downhill this winter. Its been years since we've done that. We did cross country ski a good bit when we first moved to Maine. Now we mostly just snow shoe.

Anyway, back to the thread topic...Scott says the list knives got mailed out first part of the week. I'm assuming a UPS will be doing the shipping so maybe Monday with luck. :)

Sounds nice - be sure to post up some photos when they arrive (I know you don't need to be reminded). Hope you're headed someplace warm. Have a great Christmas!
