List of ZTs that Don't Have Lock Failure Issues

ZT produces too many knives at too low a price, which imo leads to people buying their knives who would fall for their implied “overbuilt means perfect;” and believe that “zero tolerance” isnt just a catchphrase. I truly feel bad for those who have (almost or actually)lost fingers or confidence in a company with only “visual” quality control. The 10 or 20(?)that I own I couldn’t in good conscience even give away—so I just enjoy using them (with gloves) for removing tiles, nails and other demo projects.

I find it hard to believe somebody would spend thousands of dollars for knives that they don't trust themselves. ...unless you just have baller friends who gift you ZTs every other month.

I’ve never heard of a 0562 or an 0804 failing, but none of my zt’s have ever failed; maybe because I rotate them so often and usually carry at least 2 knives.

In my opinion, ZT delivers confidence in hand. In fact, I've always felt there was too much lockbar pressure on a few of the models I've owned. This is just opinion of course.

I wish. I enjoy them—was expressing sarcasm without trying to ridicule anyone with genuine issues—guess I missed the mark on that one. I really like the 562 and 0804
