I would like to invite all the Little Rock show winners to post pictures of their knives that won awards.

Here are the two knives I made that won Awards.

The first one is a Giraffe bone handled knife with a W2 clay hardened blade.
It won the Giraffe bone award.

The next one is a "W" Feather Pattern Fighter.
It won the Damascus award.

Congratulations Kyle. Both knives are exceptionally nice. I like the pattern you did on the giraffe bone and it looks great.

I'm a sucker for feather damascus, and this is one of my favorites. The steel combined with the subtle ?ironwood? look great.

Love the Damascus, Kyle - can't say the same for the giraffe :D

Mr. White - you do some of thee nicest ladder pattern around
The "Legacy" piece still leaves me speechless - incredible work.
What is the pattern on the hunter called?

Can't wait to see some more award winners!

Folks, I got to see K.R's and B.B.'s knives close up,they're really nice. The fittings on Kyle's are the beautiful feather Damascus also, and I wish you could see the activity and detail in Bill's hamon.
Michael, the hunter's damascus is a two-bar Explosion pattern.

Anyone have a photo of Ron Newton's Best in Show knife?
 
Well, I've definitely got three favorites. In order of appearance in this thread: Kyle's Feathered Fighter, John's Legacy Series #1 and Bill's fighter. All the knives are nice, but those three are the standouts for me.

Bill Buxton- that is a fine fine knife you have there.
The rest ain't shabby, of course, but that fighter is really extra sweet.

Wow these winner knives are fantastic! I would say the judges are experienced.
Congrats to the makers. Very well deserved.
 
Fantastic stuff, guys!!!! Congrats. Kyle.......your pic of the G-bone knife sucks almost as bad as some of my best shots!!! Let your brother take all of the home made pics. j/k:D
 
A LOT of stellar knives in this thread. Amazing how much better knives can look from one picture to another.

Makes me wish I had been at the show to see them up close!

Thanks for posting up the rest of the photos. I began to do it last night, but photobucket froze up my computer AGAIN, and I gave up til this morning.

For everyone's info, Chuck Ward's flickr.com site has all the Little Rock photos, and a gazillion others.
