It would certainly work as a user, but this knife will probably be a pocket queen. I have small cotton tubes with Velcro flaps I call "knife slips" to protect a fine knife from pocket wear. Pulling a knife like this from your pocket and passing it around at a show or knifemakers gathering really gets attention :)
 
That's a great plan Stacy !!! Not exactly a billboard on the move but advertising that may go anywhere with the real goods !! I will send you a fine soft leather pouch for that travelling companion. Perhaps you will alternate from the cloth one to the leather one if you like it enough? Frank
 
Beautiful. I kinda agree with your wife though. In my opinion MOP handles are best fitting for women, pimps and outlaw gunslingers.

Hi there Dr. Heelhook. We know Stacy isn't one of those, so there isn't a problem with him getting that pearl one. And if you want one with mammoth ivory, I do many of those too. Of course in your case I would have to charge you like any knife maker would. Frank
