Liu Kang is back and spamming.

This doesn't surprise me in the least. A little over a month ago -- shortly after LK's supposed decision to "leave" BladeForums -- I listed a Hinderer custom XM-24 for sale on the Exchange here. Try to guess who spammed my email inbox with a link to a JD sales thread where he had some XM-24s listed (even though I said in my thread that I was selling the knife because I decided the XM-24 wasn't the knife for me). :rolleyes:
 
Report the post to the mods. If he has a shill account, that's grounds for a banning.

Agreed. On a few occasions, I've had other (non-Liu Kang) members drop me a PM or email letting me know they had a knife that I just missed out on on the Exchange (e.g., a knife that I claimed "seconds" or "backup" on but ended up not getting because the first person went through with the sale). That's fine with me, since they were doing it in good faith and it was obviously just a one-time thing.

What LK does, by contrast, is the epitome of spamming -- sending massive numbers of unsolicited emails/PMs/VMs to members with little or no reason to think that they're interested in what he has to offer. (See again my experience above with the XM-24, where he spammed me despite my explicitly saying that the knife wasn't one I was interested in.)

Please email or PM me proof that LK is spamming your PM and email, directing you to his JD sales threads.

I will personally take action once I have verifyable proof.

Just forwarded you the email I received from LK. Let me know if for some reason you don't receive it (caught in a junk mail filter, etc.).
 
I got the same unsolicited spam from him as well, no longer then a day after he "left" BF. I basically told him to f*** off.
 
Now banned for major spam. This guy was too special for this place, its rules and the spirit of honesty and fairness. Time we gave him his due.
 
Im new to this whole situation with LK, but I attended the Easton, PA knife show a few weeks back and I happened upon an asian guy selling absurd amounts of busse. Before learning it was him, he was rather annoying in telling me prices for every single thing I touched, and directing me towards higher prices items. When leaving, I overheard him introducing himself, and stating that he was known as LK on the forums. But, he then said, "Im not posting on the forums for now because the people there misunderstand me". Maybe not word for word, but that was what the basis of what he said. From what everyone is saying, he just doesnt sound anymore pleasant here than he was in person. Just my 2 cents.
 
I know he has some fans. Just want them to keep in mind we have banned hundreds for sending spam in unwanted IM's and PM's.

He was not doing anything different than the hundreds of spammers before him.
