I love Amy's cheesecakes:thumbup:, she rocks....BUT the salmon cheesecake is one that I just could not stomach!:eek:

Thats not smoked salmon, that is Lox, they just wave a smoldering stick under that stuff, real smoked salmon like they make out here in the West is much better! I think Amy needs to come out here and get the real stuff!!! :eek:

Both Lox and smoked salmon are equally good, just different.

By the way, I was talking to a friend in Alabama, a few days ago, and she was saying that you can't get fresh caught wild salmon on the East Coast. How sad to never experience what salmon is supposed to taste like. :(

Thats definatley an interesting take on salmon and cheesecake, I have never seen the likes of this before.
 
Yuck! Where are the cherries or blueberries? Nothing beats a good cigar, piece of Cheesecake, and a cup of coffee!!
 
whole e krap! that just makes sense and sounds great!...cream cheese, salmon and with ritz. :)

Now if you had a pic of the Busse folder cutting out a slice...perfection!!! :thumbup::D
