Bagels, cream cheese and lox are a classic combination.

Substitute crust for bagel, substitute cheesecake for cream cheese. You’re good to go.

At least I’d try the stuff because…you never can tell. The most unlikely combinations can turn out to be wonderful…or terrible…so try it and see.
