LOL, no offense, Bossman & Amy, but I prefer more traditional style cheesecakes, and I'm not a big fan of smaked salmon!!! BUT... When I was a kid we used to make tuna-fish pizza all the time and that was great so I should not discount this cheesecake out of hand, but... hrmmmmm.

Thats not smoked salmon, that is Lox, they just wave a smoldering stick under that stuff, real smoked salmon like they make out here in the West is much better! I think Amy needs to come out here and get the real stuff!!!

I think is more of a Pacific Northwest thing. I learned a a bit about seafood in my travels and other than some local delicacies have decided we have the best selection and quality here.
