A little lock stick doesn't bother me. Carry it, use it. It will break in.

Yes I agree. Most of PM2 I have have a tiny bit lock stickness.

I've had my Spydiechef since January 2017 (non CQI version, price was $183.94), it still has lock-stick, and doesn't bother me at all. I suggest using the knife for it's intended purpose, to cut things. Lock-stick does not affect fit, form, or function of the blade. It's not a fidget toy.

Mine was so bad it is back at Spyderco being looked at. I would often have to use a pinching/prying motion from the side to disengage. During disengagement it was a dragging/scraping/popping along the entire length of travel.

Now that’s the type of lock stick that’s problematic.
