I think a BK2 a little longer, in 3/16" would be sick, and sell like hotcakes.

Stock:

Lengthened. BK2L (Long):

EDIT: Longer yet:

I like it. What length are you thinking of? 6"? 6-1/2"? Beckers need more drop points.
In that area, yup. A 7" wouldn't be such a bad thing either. I agree about more drop points.

A BK2 with a 6.5" blade .20 thick would be very nice, a good all-around camp knife.
I bet a BK2 in this size range would be a good seller.
It would run the chance of being my favorite Becker knife as I really like knives this size.

Me too, hence why I just ordered a BK12. If this were in existence, it would have been this one. I may do a rendering later a little longer yet.

it is the same stock as the BK2 1/4" chops better then the normal BK2 IMHO but I made it. lol

I think it would look good with a choil or maybe even a riccaso groove just sayin ;)

Scratch the riccaso groove that would look weird

This is the first rendering I did on BF:

EDIT: Holy crap, this was my 18,000th post. I need to get a life.

it does have a small choil for sharpening. in the first pic I lined up the plunge line so the blade length difference is shown.
even though the handle looks smaller then the bk2 it is actually a bigger grip as shown in the second pic.
I had originally shaped it to fit a stock bk grip but thought twice about making a copy. so I shaped it to my hand. the one I made has a blade an inch longer and a larger hand pocket but the OAL is only 1/2" longer. feels great in the hand.
as for a large choil I did not like the large choil on my eese 6
