Looking few new knife, manix2, or zt562, osborne 940 no go

I have both, like and will keep both, but my choice of the 2 you mention would certainly be the 0562.
BTW, I much prefer the Manix XL to the standard Manix. Some call the Manix/XL pocket hogs, myself I have no prob carrying them in the RFP.
