It comes with an excellent Molle sheath (best MT sheath i've own).

Black is cool.
 
i use my LM wave for just about everything over the past 3-4 years and it held up fine. I don't beat the snot out of it but I'm guessing it could take alot. even if it does fail LM has a great warranty.
