Looking for a spork!

I have an extra ti rei spork. Its the non folding kind but its yours if you want it. It looks like the snow peak. Just email me your address.

I've got two snow peak sporks, and a LightMyFire one. All titanium. And the snow peak sporks are actually all i use to eat food with nowadays. You learn quickly how to use the edge of the spoon-part in a rocking motion, to cut through food that needs be cut. I tried using the LMF ti-spork, but to me it was just too cumbersome. It's too wide in the handle for me, although the spoon portion of it is pretty good.
That's why i'd recommend the snow peak ti-spork i think. For me, it just works better.

I just had an off the wall idea.

SS or TI chopsticks with holes bored through:

Straws instead of a spoon and chopsticks instead of a fork. Chopstraws, maybe?

I bought my wife the new titanium Light My Fire spork and she really loves it. My favorite isn't Ti, but stainless steel; the Vargo Scork!

I think you can get titanium or aluminum tubing as small as 1/4" or 3/8" O.D. for less than $10/ft. That's a pretty good idea!

come to think of it... what about arrow shafts?

I picked up several of the LMF Ti sporks from Gander a month or so back when they first came out. i just looked at the website and they finally fixed their pricing glitch so it's no longer cheaper than the lexan ones....

I just got this ramen spoon fork,; however, it's stainless steel and it sounds like you're more interested in titanium:

The tines are longer than the snowpeak spork, it may have the potential to bend, but it works better. It's somewhat larger and heavier, but for me I don't think I will notice.

I really like my lmf titanium spork. A real spoon and a real fork. And more durable.than plastic.

As long as you can drag a "pull through" for cleaning it should work, I guess a spork would be easier, no special equipment needed for cleaning.

I see from your blog you're looking for a smaller spork with the LMF serrations. Mod a smaller spork (snow peak) and add the serrations yourself!

Got a Ti LMF spoon/fork and I really like it. Have been using the plastic version for a while but wanted something with a bit more backbone. I hate "sporks", need something with a real spoon and fork. The LMF works pretty well, and allows me to just carry one utensil.

i have a few of these.
i like the tad gear folder best because its thinnest and fits in the mouth best.
I've thought about grinding down the sides of the snowpeak one so it will be the same dimensions.
