Looking for a wharncliffe folder for daily carry.

I had a ton of suggestions in mind until I read that 2" stipulation.

The mini tuff lite is an outstanding value though. I have one that I carry often. I have the larger Tuff Lite riding shotgun today.

Boker makes a knife called the Nopal, and there is the Wharcom if you can find one. No idea on the quality though.

I'll be watching this thread as your features list matches mine to a tee. Sadly I've pretty much given up on finding what I'm looking for as most modern folders with Wharncliffe style blades tend to muck it up with chunky scales or fat blades so the clean lines of the knife are lost. I pretty much stick with traditionals for my Wharnys -- Case Mini Copperhead, Case Sway Back Jack and such. One option is the now discontinued (sound familiar?) Enlan Bee M025 which has a 2.75" modified Wharncliffe blade and nice, clean lines. It can still be found online for around $10 for the time being.

Nemesis Imp is sharp looking
CRKT ed halligan p.e.c.k. is a tiny little cheap frame lock.
Spyderco Spin?

Kizer Splinter is a bit longer, at just over >3"

I recently picked up a tuff lite due to folks raving about. It's well liked. I'm going to order it's big brother too.

BUT. The KAI geniuses made the blade on this model out of 3cr :barf:

Yeah the steel does suck doesn't it, I'd pay twice the price for at least 154cm and having it in a speedsafe flavor without that silly opening mechanism.

I'm mostly looking forward to their "new" autos mainly the Launch 4.
