Handle completed in March 2012. I've been pretty busy so it took a while for this post.
Used Brownell's AcraGlass® epoxy. Handle is rock-solid now. 5 oz. of 1/8" nickle silver on the buttplate and keeper.
32 coats of Formby's tung oil. Fit and feel are perfect for my grip now. The old, defective handle was much too slim.

    Enjoy- Mike

Very nicely done, Mike. The blade is truly yours now. More a part of you than before.
