Look at the angles of the blade. I would think that the cost of production would be higher because of the blade. Plus there is a gamble because it is a new design. $15 more than the Manix is cheap for this one!

I just wish the knife wasn't so hard to close... If it can't be closed one handed, then what's the point?

In time the cost of production is moot. Demand is everything. Remember the Polliwog!! Hot new thing for about ..... well two months when the next new hot got to have thing came out............

Just wait a bit and these prices will fall - or better yet look for one that actually got used - then you can get one REALLY cheap :thumbup:
