Email Danny Fudge over at www.thewritepen.net . He just got a bunch of Balance I pens in cheap (black FPs with any nib for $35, FB/BP sets in blue/green/black for $50). He might be able to get you a line on a Balance II, or at least can make you a great deal on a Balance I.
