Looking for SMALL hard use fixed blade thats built like a TANK.. like this (PICTURES)

Dont buy anything. Forget about it for a while or at least get it off your head. If you need it now just buy the cheapest thing available.

Then save and then save some more.

Then buy it.

From my experience I think its best to buy what catches your attention first and like at first glance without caring much about the price. If you buy any other thing, regardless of quality, you'll eventually end up desiring that one knife you loved and didnt get.
 
The Boker PSK certainly seems tough based on this video. Unfortunately I don't understand Russian:
