Lost a friend

I appreciate everyones prayers and thoughts. Today "officially" begins our groups processing of this tragic event. I've never been apart of something like this, nor this close to death before. But, I am more concerned for his friends and peers than for myself or other adults (besides his family). There have been 4 suicides in the past few weeks, so my worst fear is copy-cats. Services are Tuesday and Wednesday, and we are expecting well over 600 people. So please pray for other youth in our area to not be tempted with a similar choice.

My condolences for your loss, and prayers indeed that others will not make the same choice.
 
My heart sunk when I saw the title, prayers for friends and family.
 
Thinks like this leave me speechless, literally. A friend's sibling did this years ago, and it's occurred in my wife's family too.

You have my prayers; I just wish I had some words of wisdom for a time like this.
