Phillip - As you can imagine, threads about long distance shipping problems usually catch my eye. I'm glad things worked out for you.
 
Probably doesn't need to be said, but I hope everybody (dealers) uses very DISCRETE labels; you don't want to tempt fate by putting a 2" square return label screaming "CLASSIC GUNS AND KNIVES--STEAL ME!!!"

Actually they use "CGK" and most of the gun and knife dealers I have dealt with do the same - using the owners name or initials of the business. :)
