ive noticed alot of sar4's on the sales forum lately..i remember when it first came out people were going crazy over it.then when people got them there was some dissapointment.i personally love mine and wouldnt sell them.i have a le,blk/tan & double cut.id like to hear if there are others who love the sar 4.ive also noticed alot of mods being done on the handles.thats fine, but i think jerry got it right with this handle.very comfortable with multiple hand positions.. lets hear it for the sar4!!!

I love my SAR4s too .. I didn't see too much disappointment on the forums .. it's one of the better designs to come out of the shop recently.

I'd take one over a tank buster anyday !!

i think the reason for the flooding of sar4s on the exchange is a factor of the total awesomeness of the sar4!

cause its abnormal infi awesomeness people, like yourself bought all the versions, some bought more then just one of each.

and when the overdose of awesome sar4 infi kicks in, they might need to slow down the infi infection by selling some of these virus carriers off!

I have 3 of them, love them! I also think they got the design right on these, perfect size, shape & weight for an all round utility knife. And the rounded NM edges just perfect it!

The Busse Crew really nailed it with this model imho. :D:thumbup:

funny, i was just wondering the same recently. i absolutely love my LE.

I have one. The handle is a little big for my taste. I will probably sell it on Ebay.

The SAR4s are one of my favorite designs too. Would buy a third one if I could afford it. Seems that the SE's sre being held on to tighter than the LE's.

Really excited to try out the SAR4 - huge fan of 5" blades.

Just scored a mint double cut SE - maybe it should be my first safe queen

Anybody with pics of a well used SE?

I think I might have sold it to you?
Anyway I had two and sold the unused one. Love my G10 user though.

Yes!! The Busse world is a small one :D

Glad to know I bought from a BF member :)

Really REALLY can't wait to use it - the only other knife I own in its size class is an RC-4, which sees a ton of use.

I love my SAR4's... Actually one blade that I had to have the LE version of.. just to have. I keep it clean and the other dirty ;-)

Awesome! I thought it might be you since it's on its' way to NYC. I hope you enjoy it!:D

BTW- It's a lot bigger than the RC-4. ;) It's more like RC-5 size.

I have 2 Sar 4s, LE ,thats a safe Queen, and a Double cut / black micarta that just got used for the last five days camping with the Grandson, these are great knives.

One of the best designs of all time from Busse. Perfect camp blade.

Been wondering if they're done or if any more will appear at the BCS.

It's a nice complimentary size. Picks up the slack where your folder runs out of gas.

I too think the SAR-4 is the perfect knife for camping or a casual woods walk EDC - a "little big knife" that covers 95% of what I need in a knife, it looks and feels great. Right now I only have LE #94 (lucked into FBM LE #94 as its companion about a month later) but I'd go for a Satin/Green Linen in a heartbeat.
