It's the SRM 6040, a barely over 1oz. lockback sharp as a scalpel and with a great pocket clip

Really hard to beat for the price, less than $8

Steel is really nicely treated 8Cr13MoV same as Tenacious and basic Byrd/Spydercos, Kershaws, CRKTs and similar budget blades, takes a wicked edge!

Well the only thing that has been able to hold my interest lately are the Cold Steel Krey-Ex handled fixed blades especially in 3V.

My idea of a small pocket knife is the third one down from the top. The handle is very small even though it is the newest enlarged version. Don't get me wrong, it is pretty cool, but I would have wished for the fatter handle on it like the second one down (that one isn't 3V but the third one down with the small handle IS 3V.

Anyway . . . the top one is my One-Month-Pledge knife and really is great to use for most everything. By myself I would even try to trim nose hairs with it; it is sharp enough . . .

BUT
when people are around . . . sheeple people especially . . . I get pretty self conscious. The other day a customer asked me to cut a hang tag off a product and I went for the little SAK Mini Champ. Just was easier than taking the "Whoa ! Grizzly Adams ! I didn't mean nothing by it ! Don't skin me!" comment or what ever. The little Mini Champ was just enough . . . and with it I can see in the dark (built in flash light) so it stays in my pocket next to my keys but I definitely do not want it on my key ring (or any other knife).

The SAK Mini Champ is a modern marvel.

I still love my SRM 401 I wish I would have picked up more when you used to be able to get them for 4 or 5 bucks.

Recently picked up another small blade that I absolutely LOVE!!!! Always wanted one, but couldn't justify the > $200 price tag. KC offered them at $139!!!! I grabbed 2!!!
What an amazingly capable knife that just oooooozes cool!!!
Love the blade grind!! Great action and extremely TOUGH!!!!!
This one is my fav small knife for many good reasons!!
