Michael Lovett - I first became aware of Bob Loveless when I was 13, and bought a copy of Knives 87. In the last 3 years that I've been making knives, its been the 4" drop point that has kept me occupied the most!
Before making this knife I read & re-read "Living on the edge" and "how to make knives", I also watched the Loveless/Merritt video, and looked closely at the knives of S R Johnson, Dietmar Kressler, John young, and of course yourself. The Loveless and yours are the only two alike, and these are what I followed. It goes without saying therefore that your comments have made my day! Big thanks!
