That bushing is just a piece of 1/2" ID steel tubing (DOM - no weld seam). My metal supplier cuts it into 4" pieces and sells it as bushings. I cut a small piece off. I slid it on and spot welded through a hole, but you could tap a set screw or just epoxy it.
It doesn't look like that bearing will work because it doesn't seem to have a flange with set screws to secure the shaft. You can use pillow blocks, just not those ones.
