Lowes knives on sale

Well all violations aside, my Big box home improvement store does not carry any knives beyond box cutters

That is because the state you are in. In AZ there is a wide array of junky beater knives and some good Leatherman MT, but that is about where it ends.

This seems to be a bad assumption. Every big box home improvement center I've been to here in So. CA sells not only junky beater knives, but also some Case and SOG, and usually some Kershaw and Victorinox to boot. Along with multitools from Leatherman and sometimes SOG. Not a huge selection, to be sure. But they are there. Perhaps the key is that they aren't displayed where the boxcutters are usually kept.
 
I love how the biggest knife forum on the internet actively discourages posters from helping other forum members get a good deal. Absolutely f*cking mindblowing. Guess when it comes down to it, $$$ from dealers trumps what's actually best for the forum posters.

Well Jill, as I made that thread, and you obviously continue to be bothered by it, notice the title was "Ridiculous budget blade-4 dollar Ozark Trails folders, good blade". Sorry we could help talking about Walmart IN THE THREAD because they are the only ones who sell them.

I don't see much of a problem with it, it's not like most of us are not daily hounding stores and websites for deals anyway.

Walmart got some free advertising, way to go Walmart! Not bothered just can't see the difference in saying lowes has cheap knives or Walmart.

Some people kick in a few bucks to keep Bladeforums operating.
Some people come along for the free ride.
Some of them gripe they don't get enough for free.

No you're freaking not paying attention and purposely being deceitful. The thread was to talk about Ozark Trails brand of a knife which is only sold at one place happens to be Walmart.

You on the other hand want to continue to turn this around fine by me, but it looks pretty ridiculous. You've already said your piece and that other thread you just want to continue it?

Go back to the other thread and stop mucking up this one like you do every other thread you disagree with.
