Find a Lyme literat doc immediately also keep the tick , always keep the tick. Put it in a plastic bag and place in freezer even if ur test comes back negative they can test the tic and if the tick is a carrier they will know for sure. My doctor was George McCullars at spring hill medical center in mobile Alabama. The man is a genius and has literraly found people misdiagnosed as having ALS on ventilators and left for dead and now these people are walking productive members of society again.

I took 3 antibiotics at a time, azithrimisan, metronidazole, and difluken I took this forma
Month straight each 3 times a day. I only had to take one giant cycle and not do what doctor McCullars called pulse dosing where u take for a month and off for a month than take for a month and so in untilur better.

I had to hunt for a whe to find a good doc but when u find one who knows lyme u will no it without a question. FIND S GOOD DOC NOW PUT EVERTHING ELSE ON HOLD AND FIND ONE. Also u have to have answeious antibiotic that will cross the blood brain barrier like bactrim or metronidazole. Both r strong meds a month straight of heavy dosages is not going to come without some side effects and discomfort so

Well, after being out in the woods a lot lately, I am fairly certain I have Lyme Disease. No, I haven't gone to the doctor yet but I have the classic bullseye reaction. I found a tick on my back on Tuesday morning, I was out fishing from shore on Sunday and then worked Monday. That bastard was probably on there since Sunday, when my wife pulled him off, he was the size of a dime.

Anybody else had to deal with Lyme's? What was the outcome?

I will be seeing the doctor on Tuesday, Monday is a Memorial Day and I don't think it constitutes an emergency room visit.

you are lucky to get the rash so soon. i have had it twice in 3 years and the rash never showed for me. what got me was the flu like symptoms. BAD aches, head aches, sore joints and muscles etc... the doc told me that some folks get the rash and some dont. some folks the rash will show up weeks later if left untreated. just pulled a tiny tick off my wife last night. that fella was halfway in her skin with his butt sticking out. glad we got it or else he would have been totally submerged in her skin...
