This! I just picked up an old Collins Machete for $40.00, I love it.

I have a golok by them too and its great.

There are lots of good cheaper knives out there. Lots. But I like INFI better. So that's how I see the machete. Lots of great, cheap machetes but not INFI.

Don't know if this will ever happen but it's fun to talk about. And to dream. :D

I would love to see a 14 inch golok in SR-77 or SR-101 INFI as much as I love it would cost too much. If you make it 1/4 inch or thicker it is gonna cost damn near a 1000 dollars if not more. But I am all for a golok or machete made by one of Busse companies.

This! In SR-77 with a Res-C Regulator Handle, end game!

IMO an INFI Machete is a no-go because it would be too much $$$. I doubt they'd sell very well once the price was announced. Scrap Yard might be able to do something in the feasible $130-150 range. An Anniversary SHSHII with combat grades starting at $297 is where my desires are at--we need an 8" Busse!

$700.00  Ya that's a tad high. My AK, which is much longer, wasn't that much. I'm thinking CG or competition finish and not satin and fluff.

Would surely be too expensive.. even from the other Busse companies. So no interest from me because of the price tag. A machete above $100? Not for me, too many other good machetes around for much less money.

Don't need one...Have one already.
Chops great, pry's great, chops down trees great, knocks over houses great, chops through rocks great, stays sharp great, makes my BBSHBM a great EDC and camp knife, WHY would you NOT WANT a Chuckette' is the question?

Since the Basic handle molds were destroyed- how about a mudder handle with 16- 18" INFI?

INFI or nothin!

Yeah, say 3/16" bolo with a regulator handle in SR-77 or Infi. Not that I don't love SR-101, but I feel it might be just a little off for a machete. Of course, you can just slap a Resp-c handle on the Chuckette & I'd be happy with that as well.

Time for a pass around, Chuck! :D
