Leatherface here on the forums owns Azrael's Custom Leather and he does a mean machete convex. He did my kydex for my machetes too. Just take a 6" Nicholson bastard File to it.

Not wanting to be obtuse , but martindale machetes are about the same price in my neck of the woods , and are superior in my in store judgement.

Ill have to get a Tram tho now , all I hear is bladeforum folk giving em props.

Still if you have the opportunity check out Martindale.

*** NO I'm not affiliated with Martindale lol.***

Martindale's are very nice, well made machetes. Around my area, they go for at least double the peice of the Trams and availablity leaves something to be desired.
I've used the Martindales in the past, but frankly, the Trams and the "Blackie Collins" models I have have never left me wanting for anything else.

BEAR Ill take a 12" standard orange Tramontinas if you dont get tackled by homeland security first.:D

..and to think that bear is being so nice as to bring all these back from Peru and give them away to you guys :D

OH, wait, he's gonna GIVE them away.... OH, well I'll take a few. How about ten.

Bear, I'll even be a nice guy and split the shipping to my house with ya.

WOW, what a nice gesture, hell of a guy that Bear.:D

Now you need the orange handle one.

I got one. An orange handled one. :D

A little to much orange huh. LOL:D

I was looking at the Bark River machetes earlier today... Really sweet looking but with a rather steep price tag. Who would have thought a machete could be a piece of art?

Just so you guys know if you email jeff he will bring you back a free orange handle Tramontina from peru, with a smile on his face.
