Mad for Micarta Picture Thread

Working on the handle for this Talon Wharncliffe. I got this material as part of a batch, it already had red liners, and I thought it was just black paper micarta. Pleasant surprise, it is not. It appears to be 1x1 layered black paper and linen micarta! I have no information on this material so if anyone does, please let me know.
