Mad for Micarta Picture Thread

Working on the handle for this Talon Wharncliffe. I got this material as part of a batch, it already had red liners, and I thought it was just black paper micarta. Pleasant surprise, it is not. It appears to be 1x1 layered black paper and linen micarta! I have no information on this material so if anyone does, please let me know.

I was following some likes I got this weekend and found your post from back in March and realized, without quoting and tagging you, that I'd responded by identifying the knife in the wrong post. The one you asked after is the Benchmade 615 Mini Ruckus in S30V which was in production from 2007-2009.
