Camembert designed by Guy Vialis ," Sauveterre" folding knife . Figured olive wood & juniper covers ,ss liners. Blade is thinly ground 12C27 ss . Slip joint ,round tang type . Pinchable to open with a firmish 6 range pull. 4-3/8" closed,blade is 3-1/4" with 3" of edge ,opens to 7-5/8" . A really beautiful knife ,with great fit & finish. These come with a wood round box like a cheese wheel,pictured in another post .
