  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Maker's mark... maybe?

I am thinking about building an etcher from Chris Crowford's plans. Has anyone here done it? If so, how well does it work?
Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere.

Bobby

I built an electro etch machine following Crawfords tutorial. I used Transformer and bridge rectifier from a treadmill control board. Had some wire bought a project box, switches, banana clips etc. total of about $40. I had a dual voltage tranformer so I wired it with an extra switch to choose between 10 or 20 volts. I've yet to purchase any stencils but have done some etching with it. Works like a charm ! :D When I have something made worthy of my name I'll be all set.

i had to really think about this before i got it....lmao

can you see this happening ? Erin is at a show with a bunch of people looking at his knives , among them there will be a not so bright women . She ask Erin what that picture is on his knife , caliper he answers . She gets this shocked look and starts screaming at him for pulling all the legs off of that poor creature .
