Today I saw this forum highlighted, I will share a recent work, is a relatively simple piece, integral and forged in steel 52100 with stabilized elder box handle

I'd say this it likely the most utilitarian knife I have in the kitchen. I designed the blade and Jeff McCullough at McCullough Knives made a matching pair for me and my friend. It' beautiful and can do anything I need with ease.

My take on the classic French profile.

.140" thick above heel with full distal taper

1-7/8" tall at the heel

Materials: 26c3 and 15n20 damascus made by Salem Straub, Copper ferrule, Brazilian Kingwood handle.
