..... no not even close, the NRA and other urban myth has promoted this idea for years but it is simply not true. The media were all upset recently when they found one individual (not a dealer) owned over 300 firearms (he also lived in my suburb) totally legally.... :D In my state the 28 day wait is only for the first firearm of each class, after that the permit is processed in about 6 days.
