This $20 knife is one of my favorites. Well balanced, comfortable in the hand, nicely finished, beautiful ebony wood, lightweight, and can be easily operated with one hand.

Just found out they are no longer being made. :(
 
I have one, it's a great deal for the price (I paid around $14 a couple years ago). The blade grind is not quite as good as the equivalent Opinel (same size as a #8), but you gotta love the beautiful ebony handles for that price. Mine has very high quality ebony, too.
 
They are still out there. I use to visit a knife store that had all 4 handles. I wonder if they have any left.
 
Never ordered from them but toolzone seems to have a beech handled one still available. Otherwise EBay has a few as well for ~$30.
 
I had to necr-bump this for some righteous "bummage" as well. I'm on the quest for some fine old-timey/traditionals (getting to be of age does that to you I suppose) and very late have I discovered these beauties.
