That is one sweet knife for your 1st custom maybe you've spoiled yourself too early ;).
Always admire a give away not in myself as I need to give before I take :lol: .

This is not an entry... I don't qualify due to restriction #1,

For those of you who don't know Matt, he's a great guy who has assisted me more than once. He also makes great knives, I have 3 of them, well 2 in my daily rotation, and one my grandmother took from me because she liked it so much, and a kiridashi,


The dashi is my go to utility knife around the shop, it's small and agile, and has never let me down when I asked ti to cut something.

The other 2, well those are stupid light, utterly strong and ridiculously sharp. I've got anther post somewhere in the forums with what I've done with those things...

Who ever wins this blade will not be disappointed...

That's exactly what I thought! The other dashi that I had him make for me is the sharpest and most controllable knife I own. I jump at every chance to cut something ;)

I'm in thanks man!my current favorite is a spyderco Gayle Bradley I recently received. My data plan is currently being throttled so I can't load pics. Too much knife porn I guess...
 
I'm in. Thanks for the chance. Never even touched a custom knife. My favorite knife is the Delica 4 FFG shown in this picture.
