I'll say one thing, as bearing opening systems go, my ZT0561 has nothing on the Marksman, thing is smoooooth and freaky fast.

Just ordered a Marksman 830, first Buck I've ordered in a few years, really looking forward to getting my hands on it!
Congratulations Mike, I hope you find it to your liking. As with any knife the Marksman isn't everyone's cup of tea but I sure do like mine. The only reason I don't carry it more is that I haven't taken the time or made the effort to loosen the clip tension which is a little tight for the pocket hem on my particular brand of blue jeans.
I broke the snap on the buck 279 sheath I was using to belt carry mine....
So I loosened the pocket clip, and it has been pocket carried ever since.
Definately was worth the time to take care of the tight clip!
I did just that Chris. Already clipped onto my jeans for work in the morning of course I hit it a few licks on the Sharpmaker before that just to make sure it's up to and touching as we used to say.
