The great news is that I have found another member here who makes similar sheaths. Knives are in the mail to him and he's been great. Here is his website:

As to Martin, after three years, I'll be filing criminal complains of fraud and theft both here and the Netherlands on Friday unless I've gotten a refund. He is still apparently taking orders and ripping people off, so hopefully he gets shut down for good.
