Sorry! I changed the title to "mixed" while it was still in transit and I don't think I've logged on since. Yes, I'm "happy" with the results. Mostly. The CF is bubbled up pretty significantly in a few places on the block and was just cut in random strips and glued together edge-to-edge with some gaps. I'm at my parent's house a few hours from home for the lockdown but I'll update with pictures if anyone cares. But the knives are great. And the board MOSTLY is...just the CF issue, really. When it starts to come off or I get annoyed enough with it to rip it off I'll buy and cut/glue replacements myself. Not the end of the world. The Chef also got some epoxy finger prints on the blade from the handle glue-up.
